Pairing wine and food is the theme for this installment of our 101 Wine guide ...
The taste of a wine can improve or worsen depending on the foods that you drink with. Although there are only afew combinations that really does not work, learning the basics of pairing them bring out the best in both.
When matching food and wine, you can take one of two approaches: a pair of wine with a contrasting taste of food, as the combination of a sweet wine with spicy foods, or a combination Further, where the food and the wines share similar characteristics. Either works just as well, but to apply to vary the type of food combinations are served.Regional deserves attention as food from a region or country will often pair well with local wines, as they both have evolved to complement another.Problem foods include eggs and egg dishes dominated acidic foods like tomatoes or salad dressing and spicy foods. {There are no rules or specific recommendations for these, and it's really a case of hit and miss.} Experiment personal is needed if you insist on pairing wine with such food.
Examples of matching food and wine and food: pair Beef with heavier reds like Zinfandel, Bordeaux or Cabernet Sauvignon, most of these wines go well with lamb too, but the meat can take white wines Pinot Gris as well; for poultry, look for white or red light when there is a heavy sauce - Pinot Black and the work of Beaujolais and, finally, the fish must always be served with white, and Sauvignon Blanc made a good choice {But. but they are said to be classic matches, this does not necessarily mean that you will be like them all.} Everyone has a different palate and appreciate different tastes and flavors. Keep in mind also that some people have a favorite style of wine stick to it regardless of the food served. Therefore, you should always have different varieties on hand when entertaining others. You can recommend some variety, but the final decision about what they should drink to your guests.
